Subscription Purchase Policy

thenoodlemagazine.net offers a single one-time subscription. Please note that refunds are not applicable for this option. However, you can cancel before the dispatch of the magazine.

NoodleMagazine offers a variety of subscription plans to suit your reading preferences. Options include subscriptions for 4 prints, 8 prints, and 12 prints. The longer you subscribe, the lower the price. We offer 1-year, 6-month, and 2-month subscription plans. Our VIP memberships provide full access to print magazines and additional benefits like exclusive content, live events, and discounts from our trusted partners.

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order or subscribe, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact us if there are any discrepancies.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure, and your payment information is protected.

Payment Options: We offer two payment options:

  1. Full Payment: Pay the full amount for a 2-year subscription upfront, and you won’t have to pay anything later.
  2. Credit Account: Credit the amount to your account on our website, and it will be used accordingly for each magazine delivered.

Shipping and Return Policy

  • Delivery Service: NoodleMagazine offers free and paid delivery options on different subscriptions (our each product is labelled accordingly). We strive to ensure that your magazines reach your doorstep in perfect condition and on time.
  • Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver physical magazines across the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery time is between 1 to 10 business days from the date of your subscription or order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
  • Delivery Tracking: You can track your orders and manage your subscriptions online through your NoodleMagazine account. We provide tracking information as soon as your order is shipped (Each tracking ID is sent at the user email for tracking) .
  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or missing magazines, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Refund Policy: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, once a magazine is delivered and the box is opened, we cannot accept refunds after 7 days from the delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.
  • Return Policy: If your magazine arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong issue, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. Please note that cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund for that period. For single one-time subscriptions, cancellations are only possible before dispatch.

Delays in Launch

We aim to dispatch and deliver every magazine within 1 to 10 days of its launch. However, sometimes there may be delays in the launch of a magazine. These delays are beyond our control, and we ask for your understanding. Subscriptions will be charged based on usage, and any cancellations will be handled accordingly without charging the full amount for the unused period.
